Delve into the Realm of Chaos and fight through its depths!
Apophis is a roguelite, dungeon-crawler with gameplay and art inspired by classic top-down action RPGs.
You take on the role of a hoplite soldier that had fallen in battle, only to be whisked away from death by the chaos goddess Eris. She has been sealed away inside of her own temple statues by the snake go Apophis who has taken her realm as his own. Eris has promised to restore your life if you are able to dive below, defeat the intrusive deity, and restore her as the goddess of Chaos.

not a bad game, the upgrades jsut seme mediocre in my opinion.
shorter dash cooldown? okay.
even though the "dash" covers way too short a distace to be considered useful in my opinion.
vission area?
okay, 2 upgrades and you got full room.
may hp? okay.
hp potion and revie potion?
way too expensive I think.
cause ou pretty easily can take 1-3 hits of damage and paying 70 coins for a health potion that likely restores only 2 hitpoints? too expensive.
same goes for the 200 coin for a revive potion.
just my opinion so far, havent made it further than the first floor. (probably could as I have 1 key thing in the inventory, just dont see the appeal yet)

I just meant I didn't expect anyone to play it way after the game jam for it was done lol.
